I simply adored the elegant and welcoming decor in the lobby and lounge areas. The comfortable seating and beautiful artwork made it a perfect spot to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was top-notch for senior folks like myself, with spacious elevators and easily navigable hallways, making it a breeze to move around.

The children working there could benefit from more training in assisting senior guests with their needs.

Chose this hotel for a conclave due to its expansive 40000 square feet of conference space and meeting rooms. The facilities were well-equipped, and the staff provided excellent service, making my work event run smoothly.

One service that was missed for work purposes was the lack of complimentary high-speed internet access in the conference spaces, which would have been beneficial for seamless connectivity during important meetings.

The hotel is fairly clean and terrific, offers incredible location next to the airport.

We liked the hotel and Herndon, had 1 great day there. Non-smoking room with double beds, welcoming staff — everything was good. Efficient business location close to airport, Space Museum and Washington-Dulles airport, it was in a nice area.

The complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver. After a long day of exploring the city, I hopped on the shuttle and was back at the hotel in a flash. It was like having my own personal teleportation device! The convenience was unparalleled.

Big size good value hotel with a perfect location just off airport as well as the highway. Abundant buffet breakfast — outstanding selection.

Our room was impressive and perfect with an upgraded bathroom and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. The staff were informative and kind, gave us great tips.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great heating system. The gym and pool area were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a great selection of channels. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport and allowed for a late check-out.

As someone with an early flight, I loved the convenient location of the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport. It was just a 5-minute drive from the airport, making it ideal for those taking off early. The spacious executive suite with access to the Executive lounge was a fantastic amenity. The TV in the bedroom was top-notch, and the bed was firm and comfortable. I also enjoyed the cozy chair in the room, perfect for reading. The in-suite coffee maker was a nice touch, and the bathroom was luxurious, with the closet conveniently located in that area. Additionally, the on-site spa was a pleasant experience. Ms. Emily provided an excellent mani pedi at a very reasonable price.

The staff at the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport made me feel like I was part of their family. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which was incredibly refreshing.

All the staff were accommodating, pleasant. The hotel had a nice bar and a good restaurant. It was a good experience in a convenient venue.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, perfect for my city trip. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to key attractions and transportation.

There were some aspects of my experience that I didn't like. the hotel's elevator system was frustratingly slow, often resulting in long waiting times.

It made it so convenient for me to explore the area and visit all the nearby attractions. The hotel offers a range of top-quality services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating, fulfilling my request for a room away from pets and feather-free pillows. They truly made me feel welcome and at home during my stay.

The staff helped me with local tips on my first stay. With its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, gym, and indoor pool, it suits me perfectly. I love the festive atmosphere during Christmas. This place has everything I need and more.

The hotel had menus inspired by local produce, including their own honey bee farm. They offered a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor heated pools, and a 24-hour technology lobby lounge. The complimentary transfer to/from the airport was a plus.

Not enough coffee options, had to go to the restaurant and beg for some.

The room was so cozy and inviting with the plush Hilton Serenity bedding and the large HDTV. I loved the convenience of the laptop-friendly workspace and the designer bath products. It felt like a home away from home.

I personally didn't make much use of the pay-per-view channels on the flat-screen TV.
